Our Policies

Hiya!  The wonderful therapists we employ are independent contractors.  These folks commit their time to take care of your team.  We respect their time and schedules.  Because of this, we ask for at least 24 business hours' notice to make any changes to your event.  Should you need to cancel your event, we ask for 48 hours' notice. Any cancellation inside the 48-hour window will be charged 60% of the current invoice.

Events confirmed with short notice, we will try to remain flexible.  Thank you so much for your understanding and consideration.
