How long is a typical chair massage session?
Chair massage sessions can range from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Most sessions are either 15 or 20 minutes in length. If you have a lot of employees, think about how many hours the engagement is and how many massages per hour would you like to have at your event.
What should my employees wear or not wear?
Each chair massage session is done while seated in a specialized chair while fully clothed. No need to worry about your employees returning to work greasy or oily.
Do I need to provide anything?
Absolutely not! We provide everything that is needed to perform a safe, sanitary chair massage experience. The only thing is needed is a space in your workplace or event for us to work. :)
Can a chair massage really help?
Our massage therapists employ a multitude of techniques. The most common areas of compliant are those tough knots between shoulder blades, neck, low back and upper shoulders will be worked.
With some creative chair positioning, we can also work legs and feet as well.
These short sessions leave people feeling refreshed and at ease, with less tension and more flexibility.
